Day 175... Newtown

Newtown, a suburb of Sydney's inner west is located approximately four kilometres south-west of the Sydney central business district, in the state of New South Wales, Australia.

King Street is the main street of Newtown and centre of commercial and entertainment activity. The street follows the spine of a long ridge that rises up near Sydney University and extends to the south, becoming the Princes Highway at its southern end

Also a cool place to wander around with a camera....

Day 119... downtown

Just listen to the music of the traffic in the city,

Linger on the sidewalk where the neon signs are pretty,

How can you lose?The lights are much brighter there,

You can forget all your troubles, forget all your cares and go,

Downtown, things'll be great when you're,

Downtown, no finer place for sure,

Downtown, everything's waiting for you,

A busy day and no shot had been taken so it was on my way home that I made the decision to take this shot... night photography and movement. The camera was placed on the dash of the car and the photo taken as I drove along
