I have a problem, I have damaged my shoulder... Rotator cuff muscle, in the right shoulder has impingement, treatment is an ultra sound so they know where to insert the cortisone injection... all this means that until I have that injection I am unable to lift my arm.

So today's photo has been taken on my iPhone which I am able to hold, focus and shoot in my left hand
